Pacific West Painting just completed painting of all wood services on the house (including a large arbor) plus our metal fence and gates. They were nothing short of outstanding. Bill made several good suggestions when discussing the job. The contract spelled out exactly what was to be done. The crew was efficient, polite, and hard working. They left all work areas very clean. The house and fence now look absolutely beautiful!

Very professional crew, performed the work as specified, ahead of schedule and very neat. After completion the crew cleaned up and left the site as they found it. I couldn’t find a drop of paint or over-spray anywhere. Very satisfied with the job.

We had nothing but excellent experiences dealing with Pacific West Painting! The owner/sales representative, Bill Dumond provided knowledgeable and comprehensive info in reviewing the job before he submitted his detailed proposal (we had two competing proposals for the job.) The job foreman and all of the workers seemed to really be dedicated to the work and making sure that we were satisfied with what they were doing throughout the time on the job. Their attention to detail and the final look of the job was clearly the best of all painting contractors we have had over the years. Bill made a final visual review of the entire job with us to insure our complete satisfaction with the work. We highly recommend Pacific West!

Prompt, professional, friendly. My house looks awesome. I was impressed, and that has not happened in years with any contractor doing work at my home. You do actually get what you pay for with this company. I strongly recommend Bill and his crew, they were all wonderful and I have not recommended any other contractor that I have had do work at my house because I have not been impressed with any other contractor. I’ve owned four houses and worked with many paint crews. I know what it takes to do this right. This was perfection. No money was required until the work was completed to my satisfaction.

The description of work, explanation of quality, and expectations were carefully discussed in the bid process. In every case, Bill had the answers I wanted in a bid for high quality work. Bill is extremely knowledgeable and professional. We knew exactly what would be done and the quality to expect. The crew showed up on time and the prep work took twice as long as the painting which is exactly the way it should be. The workers knew what they were doing and they performed their work with exacting standards. Stucco was patched, sanding and scraping were precise. They were very careful with our property and did absolutely no damage. No short cuts were taken! Every day, the clean up made our home livable.

Chosen paint colors were applied to the house to make sure we liked what we chose. The crew was well-trained, polite, and took obvious pride in their work. No one on the crew was a slacker or a day worker. They worked long and hard and when asked if they were well-paid, said YES. “If we do a good job, we have a lot of work!”

For the final inspection, no problems were found anywhere. No drips, no dirt painted over, no over-sprays on windows, no globs. For a house built in 1960, this paint job corrected years of short-cuts and abuse. Old attachment screws that had been left in the walls and just painted over in the past were removed (with permission first), holes were patched, and now the walls are clean and like new. Every decision that had to be made was an improvement in past paint jobs.

This was a three day job of long days. When the house was finished, the clean up was as perfect as the paint job. By the time the crew (enough men to do the job in a reasonable amount of time) were finished with the clean up, there was no evidence that they had been here. No paint drips on anything around the house.

Now we will hire this company to do the interior of the house. I no longer dread the prospect of working with painters!

Bill showed up right on time and helped me pick the perfect paint colors for my guest bathroom, master bathroom, master bedroom, and kitchen including the old, funky cabinets. I wasn’t around when the place was painted, but I felt like Dorothy opening the door to Oz when I walked in my newly painted rooms. FANTASTIC! Best paint job, ever. And the house was cleaner than when I left it.

Buying a new home is stressful. Finding a painter to get the new home move-in ready on a deadline is even more stressful.And then Bill showed up with his paint swatches and made it all fun. I don’t even want to recommend Bill and the crew because I selfishly want to keep them to myself, on call at all times for whenever my painting mood strikes. But that’s not fair to all of you who deserve a great paint job with prompt, friendly, helpful service. Bill and crew–who I never saw since they painted and cleaned four rooms in record speed while I was out-of-town–did a perfect job. And they finished five days earlier than planned. The best part is I’m loving my painted rooms. Good quality paint with great quality painting that will last. And now for the rest of the house….

Really good Painter in Ventura

It was such a good experience from the first visit for an estimate to the actual completion of work. I cannot think of one thing that did not go well. The workmanship was great, the attention to detail was appreciated, and the awareness to leave the working area as they found it. It was so important to us that there was zero clean up required on our part!

The new garage door was not installed as expected but it was not an issue as the accommodation to make a return visit was never a problem. It was noticed on the return visit to paint the garage that trim was missing when the new garage was installed but without hesitation a trip was made to the nearest hardware store and the trim was installed prior to painting. How good is that? Really good.
