Bill and his crew are the best!! They made all the necessary repairs to our wooden patio cover and did a wonderful prep job on the entire house. His painters were very professional and paid attention to the smallest detail. And they cleaned up everyday before leaving. A real pleasure working with them.

The house looks beautiful.

The prep was down to the wood. They took my doors off and removed all locks and knobs to paint. They took off my wrought iron gate and painted it. Patched all the stucco which was crumbling off. Caulked all around under the house, under the trim, before painting and patched all the holes in the boards. Did a great job on my site gate. Painted the vents and fixtures on the roof to match. Did a great job on my bay window. Showed up each day early. Cleaned up after each day. The house looks great! Outstanding job. I would definitely hire them again!!

All work was performed as agreed and even some additional work done at no extra charge. Areas not to be painted were protected. I am VERY happy with the work and paint job. A couple of very small items identified during final inspection were corrected the same day and 100% satisfied!

We had 3 estimates before choosing this company. We were most impressed with Bill Dumond – he was very thorough when he came out for the estimate,took his time and made some helpful suggestions. He also offered the best price for amount work we wanted done.

His crew arrived on time every day and worked very hard, especially at prep work which a lot of companies skimp on. Even our neighbors commented on how hard they worked on the outside prep work. We didn’t like the color we picked for two rooms which Bill repainted at a very fair price.

They did an excellent, high quality job and our house looks beautiful again! Bill was always pleasant and easy to work with which is very important to me. He was responsive to any concerns that came up and took care of them right away. He also gave us the Angies List Discount which helped with the price.

Great job, would definitely use them again.

We just completed a complete exterior re-paint of our home, pool decking and patio awnings. Bill and his painting team (lead by Javier) provided prompt and professional service that we are extremely happy with.

Bill is very easy to work with, exceedingly patient and was very accommodating to questions on color ideas and project content. His team did outstanding prep work (wash, sand, calking) and applied 2 full coats of quality paint, as apposed to other competitive bids I received which stated “paint to cover”. As written elsewhere on Pac West testimonials, you can be very comfortable leaving your home open to the paint crew.

They are extremely trusting, polite and hard working. Their attention to detail is exceptional. We will certainly use Bill and his team again in the future and PacWest receives our highest recommendation. Thanks for a job well done!

Pacific West Painting did a superb job from start to finish. The painters were professional,courteous, and prompt. They did everything that was promised in the contract. This is a two story house. The job was completed in four days and it looks great. The owner Bill Dumond, provided a detailed estimate which included specifics on the type and quality of the materials to be used to paint the home. Bill also included precise information on the preparation of the house prior to painting. such as , sanding, caulking, and do repairs as necessary. The house looks great and we have since received many favorable comments from neighbors and friends.

I called Pacific West Painting for an estimate based upon their reviews from Angie’s list, I also sought estimates from 3 other painters. Bill spent time with me, explained everything they would do and placed it all in a detailed written estimate. The price for the work was competitive and I felt confident that I knew what I would be getting. When Bill’s crew arrived in early August they set right to work and they continued to work all day everyday until the job was done. The crew was responsive, polite and always cleaned up at the end of the day. It took them 5 days to complete the job and we could not be happier, the house is beautiful. I happily recommend Pacific West Painting they do terrific work.

It has become a rarity when you find a company who is honest, does what they say they will do, completes the job within the agreed upon time frame and whose work is at a master’s level. I frankly lucked out.

I went online in search of interior house painters and found the Pacific West painting website. The reviews that I read brought me to picking up the telephone and calling for an estimate.

The owner, Bill, was very knowledgeable, personable and patient. I had an unusual situation where we decided to move and had three weeks to make everything happen.

Bill was able to meet with us the very next day, provide solid feedback about colors and shades based on the lighting conditions in our apartment. He called with a reasonable estimate, informed me that he only uses the highest quality paint and assured me that our place would be finished in a couple of days.

His crew was on time both days, was very friendly and considerate of our neighbors ensuring that the noise level was at a minimum and were true professionals.

The painting exceeded my expectations and when they had finished, the place was so clean that you would not know they were even there. The entire experience was effortless on our part and we were quite happy that the apartment was move in ready when they left.

Great crew, great company, absolutely reliable and very reasonable in cost vs. value. You would be remiss if you did not at least give them the opportunity to show you what they have to offer.

Pacific West first painted the exterior of my home many years ago, I was so happy with that work, that I did not hesitate to have them paint the interior of my home. When trim needs touching up or I redecorate, I call knowing that I will get the best work possible! In 17 years, Pacific West is the ONLY contractor I have left alone to work in my home without supervision. I trust them completely and they have lived up to every promise and every expectation!
